UAE Businesswoman Surprises All Female Staff With iPhones
A heartwarming gesture by a UAE-based entrepreneur has captured global attention after she surprised her entire female workforce with brand-new iPhones. The viral moment, which has garnered over 2 million views on Instagram, features Kerala-born businesswoman Haseena Nishad presenting the unexpected gifts to her employees during a team meeting. The emotional moment has struck a chord with viewers.
The scene unfolded in a conference room where the staff were directed to take their seats, only to discover neatly wrapped gift boxes hidden under their chairs. With smiles and excitement filling the room, they quickly unwrap their presents.
The surprise brought immediate joy to the team as they unwrapped the smartphones.
One particularly moving segment of the video highlights a member of the housekeeping staff who was serving sharbat when she received her gift; overwhelmed by the gesture, she broke down in tears and shared an emotional hug with Nishad.
Explaining her motivation, Nishad stated that she aimed to encourage women to pursue their goals with confidence.
She noted, “I know every woman carries her own dreams, responsibilities, and challenges. My wish is to see each of you grow stronger, become more confident, and achieve everything you dream of. Nothing makes me prouder than seeing another woman grow, succeed, and shine. When one woman rises, she gives another woman the courage to rise too.”
Past Initiatives and Workplace Culture
This event reflects a broader culture of appreciation within the company. On September 24, an earlier video showed Nishad’s husband, Nishad Hussain, conducting a similar surprise by distributing wrapped iPhone gift boxes to employees. Such gestures have been met with significant social media praise, specifically for the inclusive nature of the celebrations that extend to support and maintenance staff. This is not the first time the workplace has witnessed such a surprise.
