He specifically underscored the importance of grassroots engagement, noting success in school theatre programs and amateur productions that reach audiences in rural areas far from urban centers. These efforts, he stated, remain vital for discovering new talent and nurturing youth participation.

A significant announcement during the meeting involved the Sheikh Dr Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Award for Best Arab Theatrical Work. His Highness directed that the prize value be doubled to Dhs200,000, a move intended to incentivize high-quality productions and foster competitive excellence among theatre professionals. Looking toward future development, the meeting reviewed various activity reports and explored strategies for strengthening international cooperation. The board members expressed their appreciation for the renewed confidence shown by the Ruler and pledged to maintain their commitment to advancing Arab theatrical standards and supporting artists and audiences alike.
